Have you lost your discount codes?

You may remember in April we issued discount codes to anyone signing up to our mailing list before and on April 30th 2011. We have since had a few customers come into the store to say they had misplaced their discount codes.

If you have lost your discount code then dont worry, all you need to do is email us at enquiries@teessidekoi.co.uk making sure that you include the email address that you used when registering on the mailing list and we will email that address with the discount codes.

Dont forget you can still order online and collect in store using your discount code.  These codes are an online offer only and cannot be used in our store.

Any problems please email us.

never trust a tom tom

Evening All,
Just a quick one to let you all know that the hand selected koi are now in store.. Apart from a couple of nose rubs on some of the fish they are all fine so we hope to have them priced in a couple of days.

Dropped some hand selected off for some other dealers on the way back and unfortunatly i got a little lost so they had to wait a little longer than expected, just thought it was prudent to let them get away sharpish so didn't stop and chat, sorry lads it won't happen again. My tom tom needs updating as i found myself on the wrong road a couple of times, annoying when people are waiting for you needless to say the upgrade is now getting done.

web site update

hi guys [and girls] just been looking at our web site, and the home page has changed again,
neil is certainly trying to confuse me,customers come into the shop and talk about the home
page and all they get from me is a blank look, mind you that is normal for me if i havent got
my glasses on,its an age thing,as anyone who has reached 21 as many times as i have will
know, its a case of glasses on /glasses off.veryfrustrating when you have always had good
eye site, i have to say although the site is still not as good as mine was,it is looking pretty good,
and as neil has plenty of ideas for the site we should see plenty of changes yet to come,as you
will have noticed we are starting to put the koi back on the site,so once again thank you for
your patience,have a good night,
regards paul

hand selected japanese koi

hello all,
just a short note to let you all know that this years hand selected koi are arriving at heathrow on 11/5/2011,we will be putting them on the web site, but please note for obvious reasons,we cannot show single photos until landed,we will get them priced asap but in the meantime if you see something you like register your interest to avoid dissapointment, also our first batch of tosai are out of quaranteen and are selling well, with the next shipment ready on 10/5/2011 and should be in store for sale on the wedensday, with things going as they are we should be able to see our koi really recover well after our worst winter in years, with some of our best april temps on record lets hope we are going to get a decent summer this year, remember we are building this web site for all our pond keepers out there so please let us know if there is anything you would like to see,or how we can improve it for you,
regards paul
